Welcome to the Galway Hills Homeowners Association!
Galway Hills was developed by William “Tuck” Cahill and Ed Thomas, starting in the 1990s, from land subdivided from Thomas’s family farm. Today, the Galway Hills Homeowners Association has 188 homes.
Everyone who owns property in Galway Hills (Parts 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11) is a member of the association. We would like new owners to register on the Galway Hills HOA website so you can be alerted about meetings and other neighborhood news.
The main purpose of our association is to maintain the common areas in the development. These common areas include stormwater management ponds and drainage area, mowing several out lots and removing snow from the sidewalks on Melrose Avenue, among other needs. Association fees are collected annually to cover the costs related to the maintenance of the common areas and managing the association.
The Galway Hills HOA board consists of homeowners who volunteer and are elected to the board each year. We are open to hearing your questions and ideas for the neighborhood! Feel free to reach out using the contact information below.
