Paying Assessment Fees

Billing statements for 2024 were mailed January 16, 2024.

The association currently has three options for paying your assessment fees:

1. ACH: Sign up for automatic debit from your bank account.  Complete the Automatic Debit Form to pay your current and future statements.  New homeowners are required to use this payment method. Please complete this form, and mail to:

   In 2024, the association will again offer homeowners a $30 special discount for paying by automatic withdrawal using ACH. No bank fees are currently charged for using this payment option; OR
   
    
2. ONLINE: Online at the Galway Hills HOA webpage, PAY ONLINE  
   
   You will need to first REGISTER for an account to access the payment section of the website. Once you complete the registration process, the online payment option is available by using the PAY ONLINE link above. Please note that there are bank/credit card processing fees added to your amount due when using this option; OR
    
3. MAIL: Mail a check for your current balance due to:
